3. User Eligibility and Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Operate a legitimate photography business
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Photography Business Use

This service is intended exclusively for professional photography businesses. You agree to:

• Use the service only for legitimate photography business purposes
• Ensure you have proper rights to all uploaded content
• Respect client privacy and confidentiality
• Comply with applicable photography and business laws
• Maintain professional standards in client interactions

5. Content and Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including:

• Photographs and images
• Client information and business data
• Quotations and business documents

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for providing our services.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Upload copyrighted content without proper authorization
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Use the service to spam or harass clients
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

7. Payment and Subscription Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• All payments are non-refundable unless required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

• Indirect or consequential damages

11. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• We may suspend accounts for terms violations
• Data export is available for 30 days after termination
• Refunds are not provided for early termination

12. Intellectual Property

Our service, including software, design, and trademarks, remains our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
